Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is legally with Dodo Payments, not StripeSheets directly.

2. Eligibility Window

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase date, no questions asked.

3. How to Request

Email resolvervicky@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address used for your purchase. We will initiate the refund through Dodo Payments within 2 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • • Refund requests made after the 7-day window
  • • Where Pro features have been extensively used (at our discretion)

5. Processing Time

Dodo Payments typically processes refunds in 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

6. Access After Refund

Pro access is revoked from our Redis store immediately upon confirmed refund.
