1. Acceptance

By accessing and using StripeSheets, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. What StripeSheets Is

StripeSheets is a browser-based creative tool. Echo Mirror uses your webcam to create a time-delayed reflection, processed entirely in your browser via WebRTC. Ink Portrait analyzes your typing rhythm to generate art, processed locally in your browser.

No data leaves your device except your email address (collected only for Pro purchase verification).

3. Pro License

A one-time Pro purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, lifetime license to access Pro features (additional portrait styles, Soul Report, HD download, unlimited Echo Mirror usage).

This license may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared across multiple accounts or users.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). Refund requests are handled through Dodo Payments' standard refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• • Scrape, crawl, or automated access the site beyond normal use
• • Attempt to bypass Pro feature locks or payment walls
• • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Webcam & Microphone

Echo Mirror requests camera permission to function. This stream is processed 100% in your browser. We do not transmit, record, or store any video data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StripeSheets is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or compatibility across all browsers and devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

StripeSheets shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
